When the day is getting over,
And the daylight is fading;
Darkness drawing upon me.
I know my Savior’s here with me.
Oh yes, he cares, he cares for me.
In the land, I have no control over me.
My Savior cares for me!
I must have dictated these lines to my seven-year-old boy. He’s smart enough to add it to my ‘notes’ in my smartphone.
Five days had passed since I was captivated. In other words, I had some kind of partial seizure. I was in a semi-conscious state, they would tell me. And now almost regaining my conscience after receiving the starting dose of Sodium Valproate, last night in the ER, I got to see this note.
It is a reminder for me and you that Jesus cares even when we can’t take care of ourselves. So, I took it as an obligation to share this out. It might need revisions, and much more, I hope it serves its purpose of putting it out.
The very soft and sweet music inside my head, which no one hears except for me, was some kind of a treat. However, it was tiresome remaining in that realm of the world. It will be an experience worth telling someday, I hope.
There’s no fear if God is in Control. (Psalms 46:1, Isaiah 41:10)
There’s hardly anything in life, the minute details of each cell in the body and electricity that traverse through the neurons of our brain. Yet there’s someone – Our Lord God, who cares!
With this very unusually short post, it is time for me to take rest and waited for full recovery or to wake up fully again. It will happen because God is in control. God bless you all!
