‘Troubled and in pain
The nights are longer;
Days are grueling and long
Shedding tears in prayer
My God heard my cry
Dragged my heart to his refuge
I’m now safe again!
It didn’t last forever,
Although I may suffer,
With God by my side.
I’m thankful to you Lord
My God heard my cry
Dragged me to His refuge
And, I pray for someone like me!
